PRE-ORDER ITEMS
All pre-order items reference an "Expected Ship Date" which is our best estimate of product availability at the time of sale. These dates can and do change. While we make every effort to deliver on or before these dates, please be aware that all pre-ordered items are subject to changes in actual ship dates. In order to provide the best service experience, we encourage customers to avoid time-sensitive purchases such as gifts on pre-order items.

RETURN POLICY
You may return most new, unopened items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). Beyond 7 days we do not offer refunds under any circumstance. Returned items must be unworn and UNWASHED. Items that appear worn, or that have stains, smell of cigarette smoke, deodorant, dog hair or odors, etc will not be accepted. If an item has been worn once it will not qualify for a return.
